All the work from the previous phase is forged together. Backend development is
integrated with the GUI, the interactive functionality is fine tuned and last
details are finished.
After the site is completed, it is thoroughly beta tested to ensure that the site is
optimized for all operating systems and browsers. When the client is satisfied with
the results and all final changes are made, the site is published.
